Licensed Automotive Service Technician

The Cam Clark Group, requires an Automotive Service Technician for our Old's location.  This is a full-time position, requiring a valid driver's license. No Ford Experience necessary.  

 

The successful candidate must have completed the Apprenticeship program and be a registered Automotive Technician. Candidate should have the ability to work within a team driven environment as an individual, efficient problem-solving skills, quality oriented & strong communication skills. In Olds, we operate as a very close team. We are all responsible for work flow and ensuring customer satisfaction. We have monthly staff functions, weekly tech meetings to create engagement and loyalty and monthly technician incentives.

 

Qualified applicants will be able to perform diagnosis and repairs on automobiles with a high level of integrity, possess up-to-date technical knowledge, ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures along with verbal and written communication skills. However, we have a team of qualified technicians to support you with growth and the opportunity at advancement within our organization.

 

The drive to Olds from Red Deer or Calgary is along Alberta's highway #2 and can take approx. 35 minutes from Airdrie or Red Deer. Along the Olds highway, you may find yourself behind a large tractor before you reach the dealership. All part of the charm that Olds has to offer.

Responsibilities

Participate in developing a proper repair plan for each vehicle.

Repair collision damaged vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.

Work in harmony with the production schedule including meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

2-5+ years of collision repair experience.

Ability to properly complete light to heavy repairs, including structural work.

Above average quality focus.

High production capabilities.

I-CAR or ASE Certifications are a bonus.

Red Seal Body Tech would be a great asset.
