Responsibilities: - Support the Sales department. - Build on-going relationships with automotive lenders. - Work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. - Accomplish targeted performance objectives with a positive attitude. - Provide exemplary customer service/relationship management and consultative selling. - Accomplish targeted performance objectives on a consistent basis.
Qualifications: - Minimum one-year experience in the automotive industry, finance and Ford experience is a must. - Driven by the satisfaction and success of the company. - Effective interpersonal and team skills. - Strong phone skills. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - A quick and flexible learner. - Positive attitude, energetic approach, and self-motivation. - Possess a high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive "can-do" attitude over the phone and in person. - Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. - Great organizational skills and an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
